Shopping

Orders require up to three (3) business days for processing before they are shipped.

Standard International Shipping typically takes 4–14 business days, depending on your location (after processing).

Yes, shipments are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. These additional fees may be collected by the courier at the time of delivery.

Given the significant value of LIVNX products, we kindly ask you to carefully examine your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any damage or deformation, we advise against signing for or opening the package. Instead, promptly reach out to support@livnx.com.

Payment

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods to ensure a smooth shopping experience. You can pay for your order using:

    • Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
    • Digital Wallets: PayPal

Tracking your order is easy!

  1. Once your order has been processed and shipped (typically within 3 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  2. This email contains your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal.

  3. Click the link or use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.

If you have a LIVNX account, you can also log in and view the tracking status directly from your order history.

You must select your preferred payment method at the time of checkout.

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed and submitted, we cannot change the payment method used for that specific transaction due to security restrictions and payment processing rules. If you need to use a different payment method, you would need to cancel the existing order (if within the one-hour cancellation window) and place a new one.

Orders & Returns

Placing an order is simple: browse your favorite footwear, select the correct size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you proceed to the cart, click "Checkout" and fill in your shipping address and payment details. After confirming all information is correct, submit your order, and you will immediately receive an order confirmation via email.

We process all orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so the window for modification or cancellation is very short. If you need to cancel or change your order, you must email support@livnx.com with your order number within one hour of placing the order. Once an order enters the packing or shipping phase, we are unable to make any changes.

No, an account is not mandatory. You may choose to proceed with a quick Guest Checkout.

However, we highly recommend registering a LIVNX account. This allows you to easily track your order status, review your purchase history, save your address information, and enjoy a faster checkout process for all future exclusive drops and offers.

The return process must strictly follow our established Return Policy. To initiate a return, you must first review our policy page for eligibility criteria and deadlines.

Please visit the link LIVNX Return Policy and follow the instructions to contact our Customer Service team. They will provide you with the necessary return authorization (RMA) and shipping details. Remember, the product must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags and packaging to qualify for a refund.
