Hassle Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be sent back within 14 days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this period.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee for non-merchant-related reasons, such as size exchanges or personal preferences. Please contact our customer service team to receive the return address details. Ensure you provide the tracking information once the shipment is made.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: all jewelry, intimates (including bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear), gift cards, and items on final sale (discounts over 20% OFF) are final and cannot be returned.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@livnx.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before sending items back, as unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you encounter any issues such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order Cancellation
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
- We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already shipped.
Refund Processing Time
- After successful order cancellation or returned item inspection, we will complete the refund review within 1-3 business days.
- For PayPal refunds, it can take up to 3 to 7 business days to complete.
- For bank card refunds, it may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact customer service for verification.
