We offer a 14-day return policy. Please ensure that your items are sent back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns beyond this period.

  • Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee for non-merchant-related reasons (e.g., size exchanges, personal preferences, or change of mind).
  • Return Address: To receive the correct return address details, please contact our Customer Service team. Ensure you provide the shipment’s tracking information once the return is dispatched.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging: Must include original tags and be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return package.

Final Sale Exceptions

Please note that the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry and Intimates: This includes bodysuits, underwear, socks, headwear, and swimwear.
  • Gift Cards.
  • Sale Items: Any item purchased with a discount of over 20% OFF is final sale.

3. Initiating a Return

To start your return process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, a list of the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Important: Please wait for our confirmation before sending items back, as unauthorized or unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.


4. Damages, Issues, and Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items

Exchanges

For an exchange, the simplest method is to return the original item for a refund first. Once your return is accepted, you can then place a separate order for the new item you wish to purchase.
