🚚 LIVNX Shipping Policy

1. Order Confirmation & Processing

Order Confirmation

Upon successful completion of your order, an email confirmation serving as your invoice, including your order number, will be sent to the email address on file.

Processing Time

A standard processing time of up to three (3) business days is required before your order is shipped.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 16:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the following business day, starting at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time).
  • Peak Periods: During major sales events or for high-demand items, processing times may occasionally exceed three (3) business days.

2. Shipping Options & Transit Times

We offer two shipping methods: Standard International Shipping and Express International Shipping. The shipping fee is calculated based on your specific delivery address at checkout.

3. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Potential Delays

Estimated delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Invalid or incorrect address details.
  • Customs clearance procedures and border inspections.
  • Peak shipping seasons or severe weather conditions.

Missing Packages

If your package has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, or if your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our Customer Service team immediately for verification and assistance.


4. Customs Duties and Taxes (DDU)

Shipments will be delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

All import duties, customs duties, tariffs, and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery, referring to your local customs policy. LIVNX is not responsible for these charges. Failure to pay duties may result in the package being returned to us or abandoned, in which case any return shipping fees or abandonment costs will be deducted from your refund.
