Your Satisfaction Comes First
At LIVNX, we want you to love what you shoes. If you’re not happy with your purchase, don’t worry—we’ll do our best to make your return quick and painless.
Easy Returns
You have 14 days from the day you get your order to send it back. If it’s been more than 14 days, we can’t accept the return, so please keep an eye on the calendar.
If you’re returning something because of sizing, style, or just a change of heart, you’ll need to cover the return shipping. Reach out to our customer service team for the return address, and make sure to send us your tracking info once you’ve shipped the package.

Return Requirements
Returns only work if the item’s still in brand-new condition—unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase. Certain things can’t be returned: all jewelry, intimates (likesocks, headwear, and swimwear), gift cards, and final sale items (anything over 20% off).
How To Start a Return
Just email us at info@LIVNX.com with your order number, which items you want to return, and why you’re sending them back. Wait for our team to reply with instructions before you ship anything out—if you send it back without checking in first, we won’t be able to process your return.

Problems With Your Order?
If you open your package and see something damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know right away. We’ll get it sorted out as fast as we can.
A Few Exceptions
Jewelry, intimates, gift cards, and anything bought on sale or during promos can’t be returned. Not sure if your item counts? Ask us.
Exchanges
Want something different? Send your original item back. Once we’ve approved the return, you can place a new order for what you want.
Refunds
Once we get your return and check it over, we’ll let you know if your refund’s good to go. If it is, we’ll send the money back to your original payment method. Sometimes banks or credit card companies take a little while to show the refund, so give it a few days.
Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
A Couple More Things
If you return part of your order, your refund might be adjusted if it changes your eligibility for any promotions or discounts. Also, we don’t offer price matching.
