Order Confirmation & Processing
After you complete your order, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address we have on file. This email will act as your invoice and will include your order number. It may take up to three business days to process your order before shipping. Orders made after 4:00 PM (Eastern Time) may be processed the next business day. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day starting at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time). During busy periods or for popular items, processing times may take longer than 3 business days. We offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping options. The shipping fee depends on your delivery address.

We offer two shipping methods: Standard International Shipping and Express International Shipping. The shipping fee is calculated based on your specific delivery address at checkout.

The times listed below show the estimated transit time once your order has been processed and shipped. Keep in mind that these are just estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can happen because of customs clearance, border inspections, or busy shipping seasons.

Tracking & Delivery Issues
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Potential Delays
Estimated delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Invalid or incorrect address details.
- Customs clearance procedures and border inspections.
- Peak shipping seasons or severe weather conditions.
Missing Packages
If your package has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, or if your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact our Customer Service team immediately for verification and assistance.
Customs Duties and Taxes (DDU)
Shipments will be delivered on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
All import duties, customs duties, tariffs, and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery, referring to your local customs policy. LIVNX is not responsible for these charges. Failure to pay duties may result in the package being returned to us or abandoned, in which case any return shipping fees or abandonment costs will be deducted from your refund.
